Palmer! and Dr. Lord were called, but found I that there waB no hope of saving the I young man’s life and refused to per-1 | form an operation as it would only I add to his agony.Young Oady was employed at the creamery. He is a son of Mrs. Bieder-man, and was a witness in the Stonemurder case as will be remembered.
