8optila Pfau filed a suit for alimony from Chas.Pfau and the custody of tbelr child, which he now refuses her permission to see. Pfau has an lnterestin the business of E. G. Pfau lt;fe Co., 475 Vlue street, lie is also the owner of a patent which is said to he valuable, and of an Interest Inrealty 011 Vlue street, near Twelfth. He is enjoined from disposing of any of his property during the pendency of this suit. The plaintiff charges him witu adultery,and with treating her cruelly, uud driving her from their home.
