Dowling asks 5500 'monthly alimony, was on file an district court Wednesday against Dr. Charles Dean Dowling, Waterloo physician.Alleging cruelty, Mrs. Dowlinggot a temporary injunction from Judge A. B, Lovejoy, restraining Dr, Dowling from molesting her at their home at 902 West Fourth street. nMrs. Dowling also asks possession of the furniture and custody of their two children. Charles Dean, jr., 7. and Ruth Patrice, 2 months old. They were married in Omaha, Neb., in 1931, and separated recently,* according to the petition.
