the divorce cases, Judge Hammett revoked a court rule made at the last court term which withheld issuance of final decrees until the I last day of court. The rule was ; revoked, he announced, at trie request of attorneys'of the bar.The divorce decrees issued were to:Lowell Porter from Mrs, Ella Mae Porter.Mrs. Arrah Fitzgerald from James D. Fitzgerald, with plaintiff allowed $50 for attorney fees.Mrs. Dorothy Helen Haley, by next friend, from John Thomas Haley, with plaintiff allowed restoration of maiden name, Doro-thy Helen Ancell,Mrs. Margaret Dameron from Price Dameron, with plaintiff's maiden name of Margaret Morrisrestored.Mrs. Mari ah Butler from Grant Butler, with plaintiff allowed attorney fees of $35.Mrs. Hazel Bell Sweezer from John Sweezer, with plaintiff give restoration of her maiden, -name, Hazel Bell Jackson,Mrs, Mildred Calicott Poison was allowed $50 for attorney fees and $20 for suit money in a divorce action against Calvin Poison.Today's court session was the second'of the April court term, which convened at Huntsville yesterday.
