Charges Cruel Treatment.Carrie Durna has filed pellUoii for divorce from licr husband, Calvin. J, Durns, in which cruel and Inhuman treatment play an Important part. The officers had some little trouble in locating the defendant and securing service of the notice, owing to the commotion created when he learned of the intentions of his wife. Trouble has been brewing in. the family for some litt.le time. The wife took their little hoy Sterling Paul to a neighbor's. where she arranged to have him looked after for a few days, and the tongue of the monger soon began to wag freely setting various rumors afioat. Mrs. Durna has gone to the homo of her parents In a town north of the city where she will remain until the time for iriul. Divorce and custody of child Is uskccl, together wiLU such relief as the court may see fitlo grant.
