LEGAL NOTICE Danny Floyd Kernell, whose last known address Is the Algler's Motel, 8301 Woodward, Detroit, Michigan, will take notice that on the 18tn day of March, 1965, Gaye Marie Kernell filed her Petition against him in the Common Pleas Court of Erie County, Ohio, being Case No. 35280 praying for a divorce on the ground of Gross Neglect of Duty and Extreme Cruelty and that Defendant's interest in certain real estate, as set forth in Volume 256, Page 615 of the Book of Mortgagee in the Office of Erie County Recorder together with Defendant's interest in certain household goods and personal property may b« awarded to the Plaintiff, free from all title, right, claim or interest of the Defendant and for such other and further relief as is Just ana proper.
