Asks Divorce and Use of Former NameEmily M. Burkett filed suit yesterday to divorce her husband, Laten Burkett.According to the complaint the plaintiff avers that because of misconduct and mistreatment on the part of the defendant she left him May 3, 1941.She asks that her maiden name, Emily M. Pace, be restored.Attorney Conrad Schul represents the plaintiff.
