CONTEMPT CASES CITE FAILURE ON ALIMONYTwo cases of contempt were on the court docket this week, both Involving delinquent alimony cases. Charles 8weet, of Lafayette, was charged to appear before Judge Owen and show why he shouldn’t be fined for contempt for failure to pay Ruth Sweet, his divorced wife, 14 weekly alimony. The alimony was awarded at the time the Sweets were divorced last October.Mildred Johnson, of Wadsworth, caused Elton J. Johnson, of Wadsworth. to be brought in for failure to pay alimony as provided in their divorce decree. Mrs. Johnson was awarded $6 weekly. Johnson is in arrears since last July.
