Frank Munoz, who is in the county jail on a charge of non-support, was made defendant In a divorce action today by his wife, Clara Munoz. By reason of frequent severe beatings Mrs. Munoz felt she no longer could live with her husband and left him on January 30, the complaint said. They were married in 1923, the complaint stated.
