HENRY BREEDEN DEFENDANT IN DIVORCE SUITSAN FRANCISCO, April 11. — Mrs. Emma Butler Brcedon, wife of Henry Clarence Breeden, president of the Penin'nilar Realty Company, prominent San Francisco club man, filed suit for divorce yesterday in Redwood City, The complaint is on the secret file and the pounds assigned for divorce are not disclosed* Mental cruelty is said to be the basis of the action.Mrs, Breeden, tv ho has resided since the reparation from her husband at the St, Fraud* Hotel, was before her manias* Miss Emma Butler, and is declared to he wealthy in her own ngliL Her father built the Butler building: at Stoclvton and Geary streets, .and owned other improved and unimproved property In the city, Mrs. Breeden, her sister, Mrs. Lela Butler Stoddard, and their mother, are said to be in control of the entire Butler estate.
