Nonsupport1 was also charged.Mrs. Farry was given custody of the three minor children, and the defendant w'as ordered to pay $20 a month for their support The plaintiff was given the household furniture.Mrs. Farry testified that her husband was a habitual drankarcl and charged that he cursed and i swore at her. She said that he had been arrested and taken into mun'cipal court on charges of nonsupport, but that it did not change his manner toward her. Simon J. Horwitz represented Mrs. Farry.
