AT THE COURT HOUSE.The 50o cases against the American Mutual Life Insurance Co. of Elkhart, resulting from claims filed against the defunct concern, were 'today ordered from the docket,, after having been on for several months. Quite a number of interested attorneys were in court when this order was made by the judge. â– Lvdiann Huser was today dieorced from Peter Huser.. They live in Goshen and Huser was formerly a Clinton township farmer. The divorce resulted after the second separation. Mrs. Huser was given the right to resume her maiden name, Lydiaim Myers. Both My. and Mrs. Huser had been married before and had children by their previous marriages.A___
