Staebell has named Harold C, Staehell as, defendant in a lawsuit filed this week in district court.She askes for $40,000 personal injuries suffered in a car accident April 6,1968.Plaintiff states she was a passenger in the car driven by Mr. Staebell, from whom she is divorced, when the car went out of control east of Le Mars and she was thrown from the vehicle.She states she suffered permanent injuries and loss of work from a cerebral concussion, fractured back and bruises over her body.
