HUSBAND SCATHINGLY ARRAIGNED.Judge Alexander Hears AlimonyCase of Creager AgainstCreager.The suit for permanent alimony brought by Lydia E. Creager, of this city, against Leonard Creager, a railroad man of Bellevue, was heard by Judge Alexander Saturday afternoon. When all the testimony was in, the court, after scathingly arraigning the husband for his conduct, awarded the custody of the couple’s five-vear-old son to the wife, and announced that he would render a verdict in the ali-mony matter some day next week.I On May 10, 1000, Leonard Creager brought suit for divorce from Lydia E. Creager. Later on he withdrew his petition, and his wife brought suit for alimony, but did not ask for a divorce. As temporary alimony she was allowed $40 in cash, and Creager was ordered to pay to her the sum of $2 5 each month until further notice from the court.* *
