Court Culling.Circuit court opened on Monday morning. The day was spent in calling the state docket, and setting days for trials. Among others, the State vs. Granville Mannis, for grand larceny, State vs. Chas. Godfrey, and State vs. Ed Benner, will be tried this week.The case of Hannah E. Crull vs. Hezekiah Crull, was heard before the court, and after witnesses for defendant were heard, Hezekiah was granted a divorce on his cross complaint. Hannah andHezekiah settled the question of alimony between themselves, and we understand that the amiable lady gets two hundred dollars in payment for her irreparable loss.
