MANY SUITS ABEFILED FOR THECIRCUIT COURTUNUSUALLY HEAVY CALENDAR IS EXPECTED IN APRIL TERMFrom present indications the April term of the Sheboygan County eircut court will have a heavy calendar. In addition to an unusually large number of important criminal cases the civil calendar will probibly be large.A number of civil cases were filed today.John C. Gebhardt, of Milwaukee, has filed suit against Stephen J. Reigh, Elizabeth H. Relgh and P. J. Salentine, tor foreclosure on a note, claiming S3,227.Jesse M. Palmer has filed suit against his brother, Sylvester Palmer, a tanner of the town of Holland, tor an accounting and half in-_ terest in the farm. The_ plaintiff alleges he advanced $5,025 for whicli he was to receive a hall Interest in the farm and stock. In the answer to the complaint the defendant makes a general denial of the allegations but admits owing his brother $600. The statute of limitation is also a point iu the defense.A. J. Feldmann, real estate broker of Plymouth, is suing John Webb for $200 alleged to still be due as commission for selling a farm and cheese Tactory for Webb.Albert and William Wirth have filed a suit in partition against Henry' Gartmann.Elizabeth Wiedeman is suing Jacob Wiedeman for divorce on the grounds of desertion and failure to provide. The couple were married Feb. 3, 1885 and separated in the fall of 1905.Fred Mueller has filed suit for divorce from Martha Mueller and asks for the custody of the four minor children. They were married In May, 1904. The children were recently taken from the mother by the countyC°Margaret Voss is suing Nicholas Voss for divorce alleging cruel and Inhuman treatment and failure to] provide. They were married Dec. 26, 1886 and have nine children.
