Severe Storm Sweeping Toward Cuba' - 4., MIAMI, Oct. 10. (AP)— A tropical stora with potentialities of becoming more severe was centred today in the Northwestern Caribbean Sea about 500 miles from Miami. It was expected to reach 4;he vicinity of western Cuba late tonight.v The Weather Bureau reported at 10.15 a.tn.
