As the water sank below the 25-foot level, it exposed a sunken automobile in which was the skeleton of Mrs. Charlene Frances Sigler of Kingsland.Mrs. Sigler had been missing since June 2, 1965, when she left Kingsiand for her son’s graduation from Texas Christian University in Frot Worth.
