Howell following the death of Mrs. Minnie Lee Puckett, wife of Water E. Puckett, at 7 New St. Francis street, was acquitted of any connection with the case today when a nolle prosse of the charge of dangerous and suspicious against her was entered on the court docket. Courtney.The acting head of the police de-] partment says that although the arrest of two persons resulted in no information being obtained leading to the mysterious death of the Puckett woman as the coroner’s inquest, hope of securing information leading to the arrest of the guilty parties has notbeen abandoned.
