iron iron. i•Capt. Ed. Cos, of the tug Kitty Smoke, received a dispatch from Manitowoc on Saturday which announced the death of Capt.;Jonah Richards in that city on th.it morn-jing. Capt Richards was ill only a short; time prior to his death, and the report of his' sudden taking oft is a matter of sorrow to; at! who knew him. The Smoke has been | draped in mourning in commemoration of her owner’s death. I
