Ix)cal programs evenTwo facing drug chargesDrug charges have been filed against two persons in 12th District Court. Debra McDonald, 21, of Irving, Tex., and Jon L. McDonald, 30, of Alto, N.M., were charged with possession of marijuana under one ounce and possession of cocaine.In other criminal court action, Faust Cruz, also known as Faustino Cruz, 26, of Roswell, entered anot guilty plea when arraigned on a charge of fraud over $2,500. He is accused of taking television parts from A-l TV Service between December, 1981, and June 7,1982.
