South Dakota • Slate Penitentiary: ''Yurikeiy 22, was charged with sheep rustling, and fbuild guilty of taking 4D head of sheep valued at $750 from the Harold ivL Johnson farm Feb. 1. 19S0.At the same time he was sentenced to three years on a similar charge in Minnehaha county, with the two terms to run concurrently. .
