M--- .Grand Jury To ReconveneThe grand jury for the spring term of the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court will reassemble Monday to clear up accumulated cases prior to the beginning of the fall term.Judge William J. McWilliams will sit in a number of cases prior to the opening of the regular fall term on Oct. 21.On Tuesday William Parker will go on trial on a charge of the murder of Viola Luvenia Parker on or about Aug. 11, He has pleaded innocent.William Evans, charged with the murder of William McGee on or about Aug. 4. will go on trial on Wednesday. Lucius Boyd who has been indicted on a rape charge also is scheduled to be tried, on Wednesday.Robert Alien Nothey, charged with rape, is scheduled to go on trial on Oct. 8. He has pleaded innocent. Nothey escaped from jail but returned.
