IToon was charged with the shotgun slaying of Coleman following a political argument,, and also faces a murder charge which grew out of the death of Cole-man’s brother, James, who the I state charges was beaten fatally ; by the same weapon. Trial in thej latter case has not been set. j Two physicians appointed by the i court as a sanity commission re- j ported yesterday that Toon had sufficient comprehension to understand the nature of the criminal j action plaed against him and Judge Vosloh ruied that the trial should start immediately.Forty jurors were ordered added to the regular venire of 20 for the court term.
