NDICTMENT HANDED UP BY GRAND JURYTOTTENYll.LE, Sept. 28:—A number of Indictments were handed up to County Judge J. Harry Tlernan by the June grand jury when that body had its final session this week. One of the indictments was for John Iannone, for assault in the sefcond degree, for beating up Peter Paolino, with a blunt instrument on September 3 at the American Brick Works lano, OreenrlAgc. Iannone was arrested by Patrolman Kay Wilbur of the 60 precinct station after Paolino was treated by an ambulance surgeon of the Richmond Memorial Hospital. There were several charges ignored by the grand jury, one of which was brought by Patrolman Ryan of Inspector Bailey’s staff against Joseph Is. Smith, of New Brighton, charging him with a serious crime aK^nst Anna Berish. seventeen years old. or Perth Amboy, at 659 Concord. Richmond road. Concord on May 14, 15 and 17.
