The eases against Charles Yocum, John Veacb, James Kedraan, Samuel Chancellor, Edward Applegate and Thomas Smith, charging them with being accessories to the killing of Moses Latta in Vincennes, last June, were dismissed in the Knox circuit court, and the men were given their freedom. John Edeline, the alleged murderer, has never been apprehended.
