Rusk Has Returned. Charley Rusk, the young man who will be remembered as the slayer of Charles Wesley Adams, and who last July had a quarrel over a girl with Charles Warner in Clay township and afterward chased the latter a half mile with a loaded revolver, then skipped out to avoid arrest, returned home today and gave himself up to the authorities. He was taken be fore Justice Bohan who let him off with fine and costs of $25.15, which he stayed. He promised to behave himself in the future.
