Strieker Street, was arrested during a chase that followed the crash and was treated for minor injuries suffered in the accident.the car in which the accused were riding belonged to Nicholas Turner, white, of Philadelphia Road and Spring Avenue, Baltimore County, and was stolen from a ■ parking lot at Howard and Center Streets Sunday.Late Tuesday, It was spotted ; by motorcycle policemen and chased to where it crashed Into another machine and was abandoned.
