Deunis George, Gun User, Is Arrested After Fatal Gim Play; Family Quarrel Led To Shooting: To Hold AutopsyWilliam Strode Evans, 24, a well known resident of Nauvoo, West Side, was shot five times by ms brother-in-law, Dennis George, *7, also of Nauvoo. at 5:30_ Sunday afternoon. One of the bullets pierced Evans* heart and his death was instantaneous, he shooting occurred on the front porch of the home of Mr. and Mrs. Henry George, parents of the gun user and where the Evans family raided. Shortly after the shooting George disappeared and hi was not arrested until 10 o’clock last night.
