Deltoid Trial Ended.The Delxdd murder trial was concluded as far nH testimony of witnesses is concerned, Tuesday afternoon, when the Court allotted each side two hours forargument.About witnesses were examined by the State and 28 by the defense. The principal State witness was George Smith, father of Edward 0. Smith, the murdered man; Mr. and Mrs. John Debold, and Frederick and William Debold, the latter about 10 years old, submitting the most important testimony for the defense.The case was given to the jury Tuesday afternoon. On Wednesday morning the jury returned a verdict uequitting John Dehold, but failed to reach a verdict in the case of Frederick Debold.
