Two of tho young men were seriously wonndod, but finally recovered. Mr. and Mra. Ackles wore arrested on the charge of attempting to commit murder and for keeping a house of prostitution. In the trial that followed Ackles was found guilty of the oharge of attempting to commit murder aud was sontenoed to a term In the Fort Madison penitentiary, whore he Is now doing service.The trial of MrB.
