The condition of two of. the party was noticed by tbo proprietor, who refused to accede to their request. They then began to use vile language, and threatened to teurdown the house unless their request was complied with, but Mr. Weisenberg remained .firm, and told them- that unless they left the place he w6uld put them out. This enraged them and they became more violent than ever. Mr. Weisen-berg, who was standing behind the bar, came out, and, grasping ono of the fellow*, whose name is Kudrop, he attempted to push him out of the place. Rudrop restated, and finally freed himself from Mr. Weises berg’s graep. - As he did 10 he picked up a chair and dealt the saloon keeper a terrific blow on the bead, felling him to the floor. Not satisfied with.this,, he ihd out the door,. and seeing a. bTick lying in the gutter, he picked it up and tliTew at the prostrate mao. The missile struck him in the stomach with terrific force, and rendered him utterly iueeueible. Rud-rop was only kept from doing him further harm by the bystanders, who held .him. Weiscnbprg was then picked up and cunveyed up stairs, where he resides. Two physicians were immediately summoned, butgave it as their opinion that he was fatally injured.
