They said his fingernails glistened with nail polish. He had on what the detectives quoted him as saying was “$10 perfume.”Kinney was reported be officers, according to an Associated Press dispatch from Des Moines, a3 say* Ing he hod been wearing woman’s clothing for the last 15 years. They snld he had come to Des Moines Monday and had bran frequenting bars since.Kinney had been picked up several times in various parts of the country, dressed in fcmbiinc clothing.
