Route 1, Furvis.-oMosley Must ServeLocal Term BeforeFacing Other CountMiAlthough charged with assault with intent to kill in a Jones county warrant, John Mosely, local negro, must serve ten days at least in the city jail here before being taken to Laurel, according to Hub City police. In addition to his ten days, it is probable Mosely will serve a greater time in the local jail, as he was fined $100 besides the jail sentence, which must bepaid or worked out at approximately 92 cents a day.Mosely is charged in the Jonescounty warrant with having fired a pistol bullet at O. H. Thompson,Eastabuchie storekeeper, last Sat urday night. He was identified in jail here-by Thompson and Mrs. Thompson.
