Tullytown official arrested in raidBy SUSAN SPRAGUE Courier Times Staff WriterState police last night arrested Tullytown Borough Councilman Arthur Leigh, and charged him with traffic in lottery tickets and related gambling charges.Leigh, owner and operator of Litho Printing in Tullytown, was arrested in his home at 477 Lovet Ave , Tullytown, following an investigation by state police and the district attorney's office.Also arrested and charged with the sale of the illegal tickets were Joseph Mancini, 58, of 6 Redbrook Lane, Red Cedar Hill, Levittown,and Anthony McClosky. Sr. 42. of38 Hollyhock Lane, Holly Hill, Levittown.The police reported seizing what they termed ’’thousands'' of the illegal football tickets, and an unspecified amount of cash.Born and raised in Tullytown, Leigh is also a former tax collector for the borough, and is the brother of William Leigh, present tax collector in the borough He is a former printer for Paterson Parchment Company, and operates his printing business in his own homePolice reported that the tickets printed by Leigh sell for between $1 and $20 to the man on the street.All three men were arraigned before District Judge Dominick Spaddacino and were released on their own recognizance.
