Woman Held For Trying to Sell Two DaughtersCHICAGO 'VP - A mother accused of offering her two youngest daughters for sale said she needed the money to feed and clothe her three other children.The woman, Mrs. Delores Myers, 30. Chicago, was arrested Saturday.Joseph Salerno, chief of the fraud division of the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office, said he overheard Mrs. Myers say she wanted $7,000 to put her two-vear-old and three-year-old daughters up for adoption. Her other daughters are 4, 5 and 11 Salerno said Mrs. Ella, Bonifay of suburban Westchester told him Mrs. Myers had asked her to arrange a sale of the children When Mrs. Myers brought the two girls to Mrs. Bonlfay’s home, Salerno said lie and another officer were waiting and overheard the adoption offer.Mrs. Myers, who said her husband. Troy, deserted her. was charged with child abandonment.
