Judge Schedules 6 Murder CasesIntermediate . Judge Cyrus W-Hall has set the dates for trial of six of the seven murder case indictments which were returned Tuesday by the September term grand jury.Booker Thomas Nash, a Negro of Montgomery, will be arraigned Oct. 14 for the slaying of a neighbor, John William Miller, 65, in August after an argument over the death of Nash’s dog.William C. Eurdette, 70, of .Oak Ridge, will be arraigned Oct. 21 on a charge of shooting his son, \\ Otha Clarkson Burdette, 24, last May.Mitchell Price, 76, a Negro of 907 Morris St., will- appear for trial, on Nov. 12 charged with the murder of Anna Barksdale Threatt, ’.41, of the same address and Booker T. Hubbard, 39, of 508 North Rand St.Arnold L. Elswick of Little Sandy, accused of slaying Clarence E. Pauley, 27, a neighbor, will be arraigned Nov. 18.Benson Orville Binion will appear for trial on Nov. 24 for the fatal shooting of George Fulton on Aug. 3 in his yard on Cabin Creek.
