HEPPNER PAID FINES.Edward Heppner, of West jdckson street, given a fine and costs amounting to $12-80 It the court of Squire Pryor Monday evening for operating his automobile without the new license tags- He also plead guilty t'. assault and battery on B. F. Gab-hart and paid a fine and cost* of $!.S0. Heppner was arrested Sunday evoking. On Saturday evening iwhiic driving his auto along East Bioadway. he run town Gahhart, who was pushing a cart along the street.
