No Probable Cause Found In StabbingNo probable cause was found Tuesday by Judge George Britt in the case of the Wilson woman who was arrested and charged Sun day with murder in the stab bing death of her 20-year old brother, Kenneth Kay Barnes, in their Toisnot Trailer Park home. Turnage of the Wilson Police Department reported.Joyce Dunn of Lot 4 Toinot Trailer Park pleaded not guilty in Tuesday's hear ing under the advice of her lawyer, Wilson attorney Allen G. Thomas Ms. Dunn said that she had only acted in self-defense during the incidentThe slaying was ruled a justifiable homicide by Judge Britt. Whether lesser charges might be filed will depend upon the decision of the district attorney’s office. Turnage said.Barnes, who died of his stab wounds at 4:52 a mSunday in the emergency room of Wilson Memorial Hospital, had a history of a “violent background,” Tur nage said.Barnes had previously been charged with several incidents of assaults and also had a prior record of drug violations, Turnage saidMs Dunn, who was charg ed with the murder Sunday, was arrested and placed in the Wilson County jail in lieu of $10.(«)(i bond.
