Clark Goes To TrialAUSTIN, Tex (AP) A district court judge has declared Waymon Clark, former University of Oklahoma football star charged with five felonies,has reganined his mental competency Judge Tom Blackwell signed the competency order without objection from ( lark s lawyer,Uric Borsheim Borsheim said he expected pyschiatrist RichardCoons to file a report with the court this weeksaying Clark was legally insane at the time of thecommission ot each of the offense's Coons already has filed a report declaring Clark incompetent at the time of the commission of one ofthe acts. Borsheim said Clark was an outpatient of Coons at the time ofthe offenses, Borsheim said I It* was committed to the Busk State Hospital for the Criminally Insane.
