Circuit Court, which had been meeting at the Court House in Grayson since September 7th before Judge G. W. E. Wolf ford, closed last Saturday, Sept. 19.Besides the cares reported in The Journal of last week, the following are added:Frank Disco, receiving stolen goods, three years; sentence sus-I pended.I Roosevelt Segraves, mayhem, I three years; sentence suspended if I defendant will leave State of Ken-Itucky.I The next term of Circuit Court I will be held on the fourth Monday I in November. This term will be I civil, although several criminal i f'ases will also be tried.
