Henry Swink Mortally Wounded.Smith ville: A shooting occurredabout a mile across the river from here late Saturday evening, as a result of which Henry Nink is dead, and a warrant has been sworn out against I^and Toxell, charged with murder. The two young men had a fight in town in the afternoon and had both been arrested and fined. Nink and some friends were on their way home.Nink lived until 8 o’clock Sunday morning.
