Pot crop harvestedLAWRENCEVILLE—Harvesting of Crawford County’s richest crop of 1976, worth about $150,000, was completed by law enforcement officials Monday afternoon, with the alleged “farmer” arrested forplanting “pot,” just north of the Lawrence-Crawford County line.Arrested and jailed was Michael D. Minderman, 29, who reportedly had told his wife he was raising hops in the 75 by 100 foot patch, which sat almost within sight of the gravel road that passes in front ofthe Minderman home.
