Jwnifsy Returning , its finding at 5o’clock Saturday evening. The verdict was signed by Henry Norris as foreman and read as follows:“We, the Jury, find the defendant, Claude It. Cooliuan, guilty of murder in the second degree, as he siands charged in the indictment, and assessas punishment therefor that he be♦imprisoned in the state prison during life.”Young Coolman and his father* were in court when the finding was returned. The young mnn was plainly nervous, but he did not manifest any considerable surprise when the announcement was made. Cool man’sattorneys will ask for a new trial.
