Sister Charged In MurderA Wilson woman was arrested and charged with the first degree murder of her brother, Kenneth Kay Barnes of Lot 4, Toisnot Trailer Park, Sunday. Barnes died of stab wounds he reportedly received dur ing a family dispute at the residence, said Detective C W Turnage of the Wilson Police Department Joyce Lee Dunn, also of Lot 4. Toisnot Trailer Park, was charged with the homicide and placed in Wilson County jail in lieu of $10,000 bond However, Ms Dunn’s sister posted the bond Sunday shortly after Ms. Dunn was arrested A first-appearance is set for Ms. Dunn today in Wilson County District Court to ad vise her of the charges against her W'ilson attorney Allen Thomas will be representing her A probable cause hearing will be set at a later date.Ms. Dunn, 27, was arrested by police at the residence of a neighbor, Mike Barnes of Toisnot Trailer Park, shortly after her brother died in the emergency room of Wilson Memorial Hospital at 4:53 a m Sunday.Three witnesses of the in cident, Linwood Allen Newcomb Jr., Route 2, Wilson, John Donald Gay, Route 1. Wilson, and Richard Lucas, 602 Industrial Ave , named Joyce Dunn as the suspect in the crime.The three men also carried Barnes to the hospital via private vehicle, but his wounds were too severe and Barnes died shortly after his arrival
