Johnson, United States commissioner, Wednesday.The defendants were:Leo Boclan, arrested In front of 418 Lafayetto street and said to have had two gallons of liquor in his automobile. Bocian waived to federal courtand posted a 1500 bond.Frank Murphy and John Dillon, 810% Fourth street, charged with maintaining a liquor nuisance.
