THREE HELD UNDER BOND FOR U. S. COURTThree defendants were held under bond for federal court by A* W. Johnson, United States commissioner, Wednesday.The defendants were:Leo Bocian, arrested in front of 418 Lafayette street and said to have had two gallons of liquor in his automobile. Bocian waived to federal court and posted a $500 bond.Frank Murphy and John Dillon, 810*4 Fourth street, charged with maintaining a liquor nuisance. They had a hearing before the commissioner and were bound over. Each furnished a $1,500 bond for his appearance.——————— ——
