Additional ChargesWINBURNE—MorrisCooper Twp. police say that additional charges will be filed today in the stabbing of Kenneth L. Dillon, of Win bur ne, that occurred Friday at 6:11 p.m. on Trolley St., Winburne.Dillon was stabbed in the head with a butcher knife while at the home of his father in-law, Elmer Russell Spotts.He was treated at the Philip-sburg State General Hospital, but not admitted.Spotts was arrested Friday night and arraigned before District Magistrate Michael Rudella, Winburne, and remains in the Clearfield Co. Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.Assisting in the investigation of the incident is Clearfield Co. Asst. District Attorney F. Cortez Bell III.
