: WOMAN WAS KILLED}e NEAR WILLS POINTWills Point, Texas, Sept. 19.— The wife of Emmett Hayes, a marble cutter, was shot and killed at her mother's home four miles lt southwest of here Wednesday at i 1 o'clock. The couple had been ^ separated and Hayes had sued for i divorce that was denied him.
