Trustee John Hill, of Jackson township, this morning telephoned Prosecutor Campbell that yesterday morning Phillip Collins, a well-known resident of that locality, had unmercifully whipped and driven his wife from home, and that Mrs. Collins was then at the home of Mr. Hill, seeking protection, Collins will be arrested.
